This recipe came about one day when I was wanting taco soup but was out of ground beef. It is a great recipe to prep really fast on days you are in a hurry and then leave it to cook in the crock pot for the day!
1 can sweet corn
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans kidney beans
1 can black beans
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 packet of ranch seasoning
3 Tbsp Homemade Taco Seasoning or 1 packet taco seasoning
1-2 lbs chicken breast
1. Place all the ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours high for 6 hours.
2. When soup is done cooking remove the chicken, shred it, and then add it back to the crock pot.
3. Serve hot!
