I don’t normally cook with these potatoes, but I saw them on sale at the store and decided to see what kind of yummy fries I could make with them! This is a super simple dish that you can make in no time, but everyone will love!!
1 small bag of fingerling potatoes, washed
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Morton’s Nature’s seasoning
1. Cut the fingerling potatoes into 4 pieces.
2. Put fingerling potatoes in a ziploc bag with olive oil and seasoning.
3. Shake well.
4. Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees.
5. Spread fingerling potatoes on a cookie sheet into one layer.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
