I love grilled chicken! Especially in the summer! So I am always trying to find new flavor combinations to use so my family does not end up eating the exact same thing all the time!! This is one of my favorites!!!
2/3 cups Olive oil
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Montreal seasoning
1-2 lbs chicken breast
1. Combine all ingredients except the chicken. Mix well
2. Cut the chicken breast to the size you want and then add it to the marinade.
3. Marinade at least an hour. It is best if you marinade for a couple hours.
4. Heat grill.
5. Cook chicken for about 4 minutes on each side depending on the size of your chicken breast. ( Always be sure to check your chicken to make sure it is fully cooked before your serve.)
