Seasoned Salmon

I absolutely love salmon!  But I get tired of having it the same way all the time!  This has led to me creating many yummy img_2479recipes for salmon!  This one is my personal favorite!  It combines several seasonings in a marinade, then you can skillet fry it or grill it and finish
it off with the zesty juice of a fresh lime!  Grilling it or skillet frying this recipe is the best because an amazing crust will form on the salmon as it cooks!  The lime really brings out the amazing flavors in the dish!
4 salmon fillets
2 Tbsp Sam’s choice rotisserie chicken seasoning
1 Tbsp Lemon pepper
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1 Tbsp Basil
1/4 – 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 limes quartered
1.  Combine seasonings and olive oil in a bowl or ziploc bag.  Mix well.
2.  Put salmon fillets in bowl or ziploc bag and spread marinade so that the salmon is covered. ( I use a brush to brush the salmon with the marinade.) Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3.  Heat a skillet with some olive oil or heat a grill.
4.  Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, covered.
5.  When the salmon is done cooking transfer it to a plate and squeeze fresh lime over it!
