Taco Pockets

I have been trying to be a little less boring in the school lunch department.  I feel like I start out the school year doing really well, but as the months go by lunch becomes sandwiches with gogurt, veg, and fruit. img_0273

So I decided to use our leftover taco meat for a fun lunch.  This idea came about because my little one has a hard time keeping food in the taco shell.  Plus I seem to always have a surplus of grands biscuits!

So what I did was simply use the leftover taco meat, cheese, and biscuits to make a cool fun lunch! Mom Win!!

Ingredients:

I can grands biscuits

cheddar cheese

prepared taco meat (if you like less spicy tacos, try my Homemade Taco Seasoning!)

Directions:
