These are a great quick dinner idea for when you have leftover turkey from holidays or rotisserie chicken. These are one of my son’s favorite meals. It’s also great on nights when I don’t have a lot of time to spend making dinner!
1 can grands biscuits
1 can cream of chicken soup ( I really like the campbells soup with herbs!)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
Roll out your biscuit dough.
Add chicken and cheese to the center of the dough and then fold the sides together to close the biscuit. Place them in a greased pan.
- Mix cream of chicken soup, milk, and chicken broth together.
- Pour soup mixture over the biscuits. Add a little more cheese to the top.
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
